    On my second auto loan with this bank. Best rates nice people and clean place. Offers free coffee and water which should be considered a small gesture but it is a pretty big deal when you compare it to most banks that dont show that type of hospitality

    As bad as crime is nowadays, how can you not have the outside parking lot lights on? Didn't feel very safe at 5 am this morning! Are there outside security cameras? Probably not that effective in the dark! This should be addressed immediately! There is no excuse for not having customer security!

    Been here for two weeks and I absolutely LOVE IT. My building is very quiet. No loud neighbors. Most of my neighbors are friendly. Safe and quiet community. Leasing office staff is “ok”. Connie wasnt the best. Instead of providing me with a tour, she just gave me the keys to view apartments myself. I’ve referred a few of my friends, who are PROFFESSIONALS to Cambridge. Two of them changed their mind after speaking with Connie. HOWEVER, Sara, who is the property manager seems to be extra helpful and sweet. I told my friends to just communicate with her instead because the community is great. So far so good!!!

    They would be a really wonderful bank to deal with if they didn't make it seem like they disliked me so much when I walk in the door. I am not sure if it is because they don't like men or if it is because they have to put their book down and wait on me. Either way, I never feel welcome when I walk in. M&T on the other hand, I get smiles and they ask me how I am, etc. Rosedale Federal could use some work on their people skills.
